new Civil Hospital

called

by

the name

for Hongkong, which they wished to be of their father who had made his fortune in this Colony. He suggested to me that _ any extensive alteration to the Civil Bospital should be deferred for

a

short time until he had received

definite instructions from Bombay. If this liberal idea is carried out,- the new building should be created on the ground prepared in 1874. I presume that there
